Its CEO, Mr. Aruga is a powerful and passionate person full of knowledge.
If you are lucky, you might be able to have a tasting in the traditional Japanese room. This place is one of the “must” to visit in Yamanashi.
In 2015, the owners of Curly Flat in Australia and two young enologues from Bordeaux came to Japan to study winemaking using Koshu in Katsunuma winery in Yamanashi. As Japanese Koshu is gradually attracting global attention due to its originality and fresh and fine flavor, even the top winemakers in the world are curious about its winemaking!
